Carrara to Pimpama – Ready Set Float – 30th January 2010
Slowly and gracefully we lifted up over Carrara and then zig zagged across the southern end of the Gold Coast taking in the breathtaking views of sparking ocean, golden beaches and the various shapes of the famous high rise buildings of surfers Paradise.
Guanaba to Carrara – Hot Air Ballooning – 28th January 2010
It was a thrilling experience of hot air ballooning Gold Coast style with the breath taking views of the hinterland and waterways that are forever and never ending until we landed at Carrara. Weather conditions were just perfect and to top it all off a scrumptious breakfast at The Radisson and a glass of bubbly to seal the adventure.

Logan to Pimpama – Aussie Aussie Aussie – 26th January 2010
Happy Australia Day to everyone! The flags were flying high from Balloon Aloft basket. The spirit of Australia was high and so were we. Ballooning over the Gold Coast was a perfect way to start the day of celebrations for this wonderful country. Landing zone was Pimpama before heading off to a fabulous Aussie breakfast. Pacific Pines to Carrara – Beauty from the Sky – 25th January 2010
It never ceases to amaze me the beauty of everything from so high in the sky. Even traffic has beauty about it. Don’t believe me than come fly with us and see for yourself. Another full load of 26 very happy clients today. The early morning start is always worth it once you get in Balloon Aloft balloon.
Pacific Pines to Carrara – Just Glorious – 24th January 2010
Just glorious was one of the many great comments we heard today while flying across the sky’s of the Gold Coast. 24 people gathered early for our trip all helping with take off. Summer clear sky’s made for a magnificent trip from Pacific Pines through to Carrara. Lots of conversation at The Radisson over breakfast as our guests relived the experience of the day.
Helensvale to Carrara – 24 happy Ballooning customers – 23rd January 2010
We had a full load today as we took off from Helensvale and drifted on root to Carrara our landing zone. Blissful weather of a gentle warm breeze floated us over the sites of the northern Gold Coast. Life’s stresses and tension just float away just like the big red. . Ballooning is a great way to escape those burdens.
A full buffet breakfast was hot and ready for us all when we arrived at the Radisson
Guanaba to Carrara – Kookaburra sits in the old gum tree – 22nd January 2010
The natural bird life were our to great us this morning with the Kookaburra’s laughing and cackling at us while we got set to take off from Guanaba.
I often wonder what they are laughing at. Another day of beautiful wether for hot air ballooning with Balloons Aloft.
Varsity to Carrara – Charge the battery on the Camera – 15th January 2010
Clear sky from Varsity through to Carrara. The morning was enjoyed by 15 people all busy clicking away on their cameras with the 360’ uninterrupted views flying above the Gold Coast. As always The Radisson produced mouth watering breakfast to top the morning off after a stunning morning hot air ballooning!
Robina to Turf Farm – Relax, dream and relax some more – 12th January 2010
What a relaxed morning as we took off from Robina the centre of the Gold Coast.
The sunrise this morning was a spray of delightful colours of the rainbow that splattered across the skies to greet the early morning risers. Hot air ballooning is always changing with various sites and captures the sites of everyday life on the Gold Coast from way up high in the sky. Just what dreams are made of.
